　　Chopsticks are the most frequently used utensils in China. You will see many restaurants provide disposable wooden chopsticks. Here we tell you how to use chopsticks step by step.

　　筷子是所有中国人民使用的用餐工具。你可看见许多餐馆会提供一次性的木制或竹制的筷子使用。在这里我们告诉你如何使用筷子的步骤。

　　Here's How:如何使用

　　1.Hold the top one between the thumb and the middle and index fingers as you hold a pen.

　　用拇指及中指像拿着笔写字一样的姿势夹住在上方。

　　2.Hold the bottom one between the thumb and set on the ring finger.

　　用拇指下方夹住另一根筷子放在第四只手指上面。

　　3.Move the top chopstick to pick up food.

　　挪动两根筷子下方就可夹起食物。

　　Tips:提示

　　1.Don't directly pass food from your chopsticks to somebody else, because it’s not conformed to hygiene.

　　不要用自己的筷子夹起食物传递给他人，因为这是不合卫生的。

　　2.Don't stick chopsticks vertically into food, especially into a bowl of rice.

　　不可将筷子垂直的插在菜里，尤其是一碗白饭里。

　　3.Use the clean top ends of your chopsticks when you get food from large serving dishes to someone. (If serving chopsticks are not available).

　　用自己筷子的上方夹菜给他人。(如果没有公筷用的时候。)

　　4.Rest your chopsticks on the chopsticks rest before you pick up a food dish. (Don't pick up a dish with the hand that is holding your chopsticks.)

　　将筷子在筷子托上放好才去拿别的菜盘。(不可手里拿着筷子端别的东西。)

　　5.Don't wave your chopsticks around above food dishes. Don't use your chopsticks to point at somebody.

　　不可拿着筷子在手里在菜盘上方晃来晃去。不可用筷子指向他人。
